How can we make your Thanksgiving a little easier?
We are thinking you might like to choose a few items from our menu (below) to help spread the workload and let you spend more time with your family and friends.
Orders need to be in by 7pm Tuesday 17th please
Bread, of course
choose between a sourdough boule, a loaf tin or sourdough rolls, caramelised onion focaccia or herbed focaccia any of which will go well with your Thanksgiving meal or will make killer turkey sandwiches afterwards
Roasted squash and sage soup (in quarts)
Carrot and ginger soup (in quarts)
Sourdough and herb stuffing
Sourdough croutons, celery, kale, herbs, chicken stock and eggs. We can provide this as a ready made dish in an aluminium tray or as prepared ingredients in ‘kit form’ so you can make it in your own serveware fresh on the day without any fuss. Alternatively, you can buy a bag of homemade sourdough croutons to make your own stuffing
Roasted root vegetables
Carrots, parsnips, sweet potatoes and herbs from Blue Star Farm in Stuyvesant roasted in olive oil
Cranberry and orange relish (in pint jars)
Carrot cake
Carrots, raisins and walnuts in a cake with orange scented cream cheese frosting (8″ cake to serve 10-12)
We also will have our usual relishes and crackers that will go deliciously with cheeses and pates, cookies that will keep the crowds at bay and granola, sausages and bacon for breakfasts of champions
